I appreciate the feedback. It is strange but people keep saying the 'clarity' of my stuff is better since getting the TY. I am slightly surprised as I initially thought the new stuff was not up to the standard of the stuff done on the 9000PRO. I think this was because I could not (after hours of tweaking) get the same feel (soundwise) when I got the Tyros.

I think I was so used to the Pro and how it sounded (or rather how I sounded through it) that anything else seemed strange by comparison. I am very relieved to hear that people seemed to find the sound preferable and not sub standard.

I will indeed re-record 'Why Can't I sing like Donny Pesce'. If I remember rightly the original was drowned in reverb. It is so long ago that I must have used the KN6000 or even the 5000 to record it. My recording technique was blast it all in at once back then I like to think I have improved just a little since back then. (I hope so anyway the time and money I have spent trying to get a cleaner sound!)
