technically it should be possible.
A foot switch is just a switch, depending on the brandof keyboard they are normaly open or normaly closed.

To make one footswitch operate 2 inputs, the switch would have to have a dual contact, one for each input. I have build my own footswitches before, industrial grade because the flimsy roland/yamaha switches dont last.
