Thanks Barry. As it happens, I'm running XP SP2. An interesting thing I've discoverd that has to be done if you are running any keyboard via USB MIDI is that you have to go into your device manager, double click on all your USB Root Hubs and disable the power saving option. I'm flabbergasted that the manufacturers don't mention this in their instructions.

I still haven't resolved my problems, hopefully someone in CME will get back to me next week.
