Go to http://www.yamahapkclub.com/english/top_e.htm click 'downloads','psr 9000 os upgrade'. That's where you can download OS 3.2. and where they describe various upgrades and bug fixes.

I have had my PSR-9000 for 2 1/2 years now and never had any problems with it. It's still a great keyboard with lots of features, wonderful sound, and fantastic styles. It's a little heavy. OK ... it's VERY heavy, mainly due to the wooden speaker encasings but that's what helps make the on-board speakers sound really nice.

I'm sure you'll be very happy with your purchase for years to come.
