Pacesetter, I run with a 3k. When the T2 was released I was able to play the T1 and T2 (briefly) virtually side by side. The T2 action is much more substantial than the T1, which I felt was very light and not very impressive, even though the 3k action is (as we know) not very good at all.

On a comparative view, when I got the 3k I didn't think I could justify the extra expense and get a T1; I didn't think the extra cash gave me a huge difference in capability and I wasn't that stunned by the keyboard action. The T2 is a different matter, it is audibly significantly better than the 3k, the keyboard action feels "right" and should I now have to replace the 3k I would seriously consider the T2 even though it seriously more expensive!
