Well, guys, actually I already know how to transfer from the D1600 to my laptop for editing/mastering, which I've been doing ever since I got it 1 1/2 years ago. I edit/master using Sound Forge 7, Wavelab 4 and TrackS 24. However, my problem right now is how to get all of the tracks in a style playing on the Pa80 to record on individual tracks in Sonar all at once. In other words, I want to get the trap set to record on track 10, the bass on track 1, accompaniment 1 thru 5 on separate tracks in Sonar and the melody right 1, 2, and 3 and left to all record on separate tracks within Sonar all at the same time. Right now, all of those things record on only one track; I want to separate them. Anyone know how to do that?
