really depends what you're after.
The dgx is really more of a piano that has styles, wheras the psr1000 is an arranger keyboard.
If arranger functions ( playing styles) is what you're after, the dgx is a bit limited. You can only load one user style at a time ( via smart media card) and the styles only have 2 variations.
Personally if I was after an arranger keyboard, I'd be more inclined to go for the psr even though the technology is older.
Really depends on your needs. (You're really not comparing apples with apples)
