The news is good, but not great - YET ... I saw the retina specialist today and he said things are healing nicely and I can read or use the PC - or PRACTICE, Bill - for no more than 15 minutes an hour for the next week ...

I had a tear in the retina of my left eye - similar to what I had in the right eye last year ... It was repaired using a laser, but the symptoms worsened after about a day ... went back to the specialist and he said the tear actually worked its way past the laser repair ... there was too much hemorrhaging to use the laser, so he had to use a Cryoprobe http://www.cryoprobe-us.com/description.php#
to try to seal the tear ...
