I just wanted to let you know that we care about out customers a lot but sadly the Forum was getting to the point where it was beginning to do us more harm than good - I won't get into the details here but that's the fact of the matter. Rather than delete the Forum entirely, we decided to continue with a revised one which can still be used for the purpose that was originally intended i.e. to ask questions and discuss issues relating to your keyboard. In this respect, the Forum will still provide an invaluable source of knowledge.

Please be assured that we have not taken these steps lightly but have to look at the complete picture from a commercial business point of view. Thanks once again for taking the trouble to write to us Joe- I know I probably haven't told you what you want to hear but I hope you will understand.

What can be said is that at least someone eventually had the courtesy to reply.!! W.

They could have saved a lot of aggravation by posting that a week ago .... but I'm happy to have found this site and will continue to bring my problems and thoughts here.... whether you like it or not ....

I appreciate you posting this here. It sure would have been simpler if they had posted a short message to all explaining the changes when they first reopened. I don't understand if they were so upset over the exchange of songs/styles at Christmas time why they didn't say anything about it then.

I received exactly the same reply to my email to Technote. Graham answered it. However he did not address the question I had about the legality of posting our last names without our consent. I am still wondering if it is legal to do that without our approval. I could understand if they would have a new set of guidelines for any new posting on the T******E forum, but not all the old ones. By the way, did they ever give away that digital camera???? LOL

Wondered about that.

Gunnar was asking on the "old" forum about it.
