thanks for your email message which Nik has passed on to me. I just wanted to let you know that we care about out customers a lot but sadly the Forum was getting to the point where it was beginning to do us more harm than good - I won't get into the details here but that's the fact of the matter. Rather than delete the Forum entirely, we decided to continue with a revised one which can still be used for the purpose that was originally intended i.e. to ask questions and discuss issues relating to your keyboard. In this respect, the Forum will still provide an invaluable source of knowledge.

Please be assured that we have not taken these steps lightly but have to look at the complete picture from a commercial business point of view. Thanks once again for taking the trouble to write to us Joe- I know I probably haven't told you what you want to hear but I hope you will understand.
