Does anybody have the Yamaha L-7s stand for the Tyros and would it be ok for the Psr 3000.

If so what I really need to know is,what the exact height of the stand.
At the moment im using just a cheap X type stand that tends to robble about when im playing.I've measured the height of this stand and it is 26.5".I would'nt want go much higher than this ,if anything I prefer it to be a little less.

Thanks,
Daz

Its 27 1/2" high (non foldable, bolts together) and will hold any board. It does not wobble. but needs a even floor to set on, since it has four points of floor contact. For practicality it needs to be moved about in one piece.

Daz,
I use the L7S for my Tyros2, but I've found another solution for the 3K. It's sold under a couple different names (Adams AKS1175 and Onstage KS7100) They're built solid and won't wobble. They're fully adjustable and they fold up easily.
They're available at these sites:
ZZSounds
and
Fermata
I'm getting ready to order a second one for my wifes 88 key piano keyboard. Price is about $50 bucks.
Good luck and make music.
Ron

One thing to remember is the Tyros stand is not height adjustable.

Hi to all, I use the Quick lok M92 (for 2 keyboards), the M91 is for one Keyboard, I use it for my 3000 (and PA60), now for my T2 and the PA60...it has high ajustment and if you need the attachment for the second keyboard, this one has high (in relation to the bottom keyboard),and angle ajustments too. This option is not cheap, but it certainly is more capable(weight),stronger and easy to fold/set up.

Thanks for the replys.

I dont understand why they make fixed keyboard stands so high.My piano position is perfect and from the floor to the top of the keys it measures 28.5".
I have my piano next to the 3000 and they share the same piano stool and I find now with my X lock stand I have to play higher and this is set at its lowest position of 26.5" but the top of the keys to the floor is an enormous 30".If I were to choose the tyros stand which I must say would really look good with the 3000 sat on top the keys will be 2.5" above my piano playing position.

Regards,
Daz
