My daughter will be 17 March 2nd & my son will be 15 on March 15th.

Yesterday they both came home with excellent report cards. My daughter has received straight a's ever since 6th grade and I can't tell you how proud I am of her. Now that she is in High School it amazes me that she has consistantly received all A's and holds that 4.0 that parents only hope for.. And she does this while being involved with feild hockey & lacrosse... Gets up at 6am.. gets home 5:30 .. I am truely blessed..

My son kind of surprised me .. as soon as he turned 14, he said "dad I want to find a job".. 2 weeks later, he was a stock boy at a local food market and earned some decent money for a 14 yr old.. He went from 5' 2" to 5'9" in about 3 months.. He enters High School and gets A's and 2 B's and has turned out to be a really good kid. He is musically gifted and just a fun kid..
He is getting ready for lacrosse and I am excited....

Just watching these kids grow is a tremendous joy to me..

I am a proud parent !

the world truly loves kids like this.
YOu have done an excellent job with them. Having read all your posts over time and buying one keyboard from you, I feel like I know you pretty well and I am not suprised at all of the wonderful kids you have.
I raised 8 and only 1 has problems.
Best to you and your family,
Bebop

I feel ya DanO! My little girl isn't as old as yours, but she brought her report card home the other day. Straight A's as well. This was the third term and all three terms she's gotten straight A's. She has yet to bring home anything less than a 100% on a math or spelling test too! She's won numerous awards..., and ranks as one of the top in her class. Yeah.., I totally know what you mean about feeling proud.

Children most often are a reflection of the environment in which they are raised..., so your children's accomplishments clearly are a good reflection on your parenting skills...
