Tony, I sent you a little package on the 6th, and your "oink..oink" surprise last
Monday, the 14th.

Just wondering how bad the "snail mail" is to your area. The post office said that mail to you should take three to five days.

Please let me know when/if sonething shows up.

Thanks, bud!

Tony, I sent the music first and the ham second. It's been almost two weeks on the music and only a week on the ham. Let's wait until Tuesday of next week. The only way I could get it to you was by first class mail, so things might be returned if the address was not recognized. Not really any way to trace it, and no other way to ship things.

Here's hoping both shipments show up in a few days.

Tony...just got back from the post office. The music was mailed on 11/12, and the ham was mailed on the 19th. They checked somewhere, and I was told that deliveries to your area have been delayed up to 4 weeks, and lots of packages have disappeared after the storm.

I was told to not be too concerned until the end of next week. Sure hopes things arrive. I tried UPS and Fed Express, but had no luck. US Mail was the only viable option for food items.

Look at it this way...if the "old country ham" arrives, it will just be a little older!

I'm trying, bud!

speaking of hams, I saw a genuine Smithfield red eye ham in the local graocery store yesterday right here in San Jose. I was all for buying it until I saw it was 65.00 and you need to use the bathtub to soak it Darn!

The Critchfield country ham here in Kentucky is $11.00 a pound, but no soaking!

Great news, Tony (BURP)!

I got a little tired of "the checks in the mail, really" type of response on my part.

You and the family "pig out"...hope there's enough for a taste for everyone.

By the way, how's the rebuilding coming?

Best of everything to you and yours. You guys are real troupers.
