The lady asks, "How do I do it without surgery?"

That's a good one Jerry On the subject of breast implants, my wife's best friend was telling me she needs to have hers (touched up) How they actually do that I don't know. The woman is a former exotic dancer. Almost 38 years old and the body of a 20 year old. She's the only woman my wife will allow me to flirt with
