This is my first time here to this board so I may as well introduce myself as I'll probably be a regular question poster here.
I'm an amature industrial rocker. I use a Yamaha SY35, a Sequential Circuits Split 8, an Ensoniq EPS, An Alesis 16 drum module (A lot of fellow musicians I know hate anything Alesis for some reason, but I really like this drum module and it makes my drums pretty distinctive) and many many software synths too numerous to mention (and soon, a Yamaha Tx7 as soon as it arrives via UPS) Cakewalk Sonar ties it all together, but I also am learning to work in Cubase, Logic 5, and Pro Tools. I've worked in various garage industrial bands but never took it anywhere. I'm experimenting with a new sound kind of combining freaky electronics and machines with medieval instruments and styles. Kind of if the band Skinny Puppy crashed into a band of medieval performers and formed a new band.
Anyway.. just thought I'd introduce myself. 8)

Welcome aboard Blacklight...looking forward to your input.
How do you like the Equisonic EPS, just out of curiosity?

Let's not make up imaginary brands. It just gets confusing after a while.

I don't know, but I'm secure enough in my hetero sexuality, to be able to make love to short men.

Hello to Blacklight too. Don't worry about the turn your introduction has taken, it is quite normal around here.

*love*

Hey Blacklight.

Welcome. Im also into industrial and machine rock. My arsenal: a Kurzweil K2000 and K2500, NordLead2, Roland JX-3P, and a couple of vocoders.

The hybrid of musical styles that you mention sounds interesting. Cant wait to hear the results.
