I WAS HOPING THAT ONE OF YOU COULD HELP ME. I WANT TO SPLIT THE KEYBOARD AND LAYER BOTH SIDES. I CAN LAYER THE RIGHT, BUT ONLY HAVE A SINGLE SOUND ON THE LEFT. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW OR KNOW A FIX THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD (AND WHERE). YOUR HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED.

THANK YOU

Hi DKLAK,
On the 2000 you can only have 1 voice for the lower split> you can have layered voices for right. BTW do you like your 2000 other than that? I had one but returned it because it was not saving any of my settings also some of the LED`s would "flicker" when they were turned off. And I had a "hiss" comming from the speakers, even at min. volume.

Dklak,
There are some sounds that are layered already, in the various banks (XG) if you like any of those - you can have, say - a piano/string layer in the left hand. You may be able to write custom sounds and use them as layers too. I haven't tried this yet, but there IS a definate possibility for using layers in this fashion.

THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE. DAVE, DO YOU KNOW IF THERE IS A WAY TO SAVE A MAIN VOICE AND A LAYERED VOICE AS ONE VOICE. SO THEN YOU COULD PICK THAT VOICE AS THE LEFT AND HAVE A LAYERED SOUND CREATED? I APPRECIATE THE HELP. THANK YOU
