Hi.

I'm trying to play my electric guitar through Cubase VST (version 5)and I'm having some problems. Basically, the guitar that I'm hearing is very clean and has no latency at all. So, if I add an effect (such as distortion or delay, nothing appears to happen).

So, instead of monitoring the signal dry, does anyone know how I can play and hear the sound *after* it's been put through Cubase?

Thanks.

(using a Delta 44 soundcard).

Equalizer,

Do you have a mixer connected to your sound card? If so, how? If not, how do you monitor?

My set up is a guitar plugged into a mixer, plugged into the soundcard.

It's ok, I got it working.

All I had to do was press enable.

Thanks!

Hi EQ!
ED's rule #1

ALWAYS READ THE MANUAL.
It's all in there.
