Go to this Link : http://www.stylediskwarehouse.com/kn7000/free_disks.htm

There are 2 disks available - at the top of the page click on 'Demo Disk 1' and 'Demo Disk 2' for you particular keyboard.
All the styles are as listed on the page - 13 on Demo1 and 12 on Demo2

Save yourself some time and download some free styles from within the links on the various keyboards on Synthzone's main page.
http://www.synthzone.com/ just click on the keyboard manufacturer and then pick from loads of links with styles.

The style warehouse ones are terrible

The styledisk warehouse style files constitute most of my very successful gigging career and are anything but terrible Craig - perhaps you need to learn a bit more about handling the technicalities of Technics keyboards...
Rog
p.s. I didn't realise you could buy 'em for your instruments the SD1 or the G1000...

Craig UK says "The style disk warehouse ones are terrible" What a statement!!! How many do you have - are they for your particular instrument?

I personally have the majority of them and I have always thought they were well worth the money and I would recommend them to anyone. Joan

Incidentally - the free disk is the TOP- TRAX2.

The demo disks 1&2 are always available free.

The style warehouse ones are terrible [/B][/QUOTE]

Wow, well they say I do not care what they say about me as long as they keep talking about me. In this case the statement above has prompted me to order some of their styles. See all is not bad.

Each new style I get is normally adjusted to my taste. Building a style from scratch is not for me, I want to play my keyboard. My love is music and my fantastis KN7 is the instrument which helps me do just that.

Life is so good, John C.
(and that's a decision)

Craig, I have several discs from Style Disk Warehouse. and find them great. However I edit them to my own requirements, for example
first of all I take the touch sensitivity off
then reposition the split point to the central position, and then mute the left accompiment sound, and possible change the right hand sounds but leave the rest of the style alone. Having done that store in a SD card.I also have some great styles from Carillon Studios especially the Shadows styles.

Well sorry to say what I did but I tried the free style disk for the Tyros 2 and they were not good, I'm not the first T2 owner to point it out either.
As for how many more do I own the answer is none after hearing that disk. I've also edited some of them but they still don't sound good on a Tyros 2. If I went out playing using those styles I'd soon lose work.
RMepstead I don't own a Technics and never have or will so can't comment on your point.
I guess they probably just sound good on the Technics?
