Our church group owns a KN2000 that nobody in the group seems to know how to use properly. Just recently the regular "piano" sound has become reverbie and electronic-sounding and the choir cannot sing with that! I have tried initializing it back to the default settings using both ways suggested in the manual, but to no avail. Does anybody have any suggestions for getting our piano sound back?

Try this. go to the memory and control windon. at upper right, select footswitch. on the next window. under footswitch you will find two footswitch windows. on the second (last or 2) use the arrows at the right side to select "variation". If you use the #1 pedel for expression, sustain or other uses, set it for your use preferance, if you do not use a pedal then set it also for variation. I have had the same problem and this stop the sound problem.
