I have one of these...bought it in '89 or so.

One of the features on it was that you could create a "loop" and/or delete it instantaneously. Which is great when you're in a creative mood.

You didn't have to set up any parameters (unlike some of the keyboards around now).

Was this feature available on the pricier "KN" series? Did they retain it through the years?

What was the last year for their top of the line boards? KN series?

The AX-7 speakers weren't all that great but agood pair of headphones did wonders for monitoring tracks when making a tape c.d. or tape, which tended to turn out sounding quite good.


Paid 2000 bucks for this board in Canadian funds, which back then was a fair chunk of change.

Don't know of any boards made by anybody since then that had this lovely feature.

Perhaps you know of one that I haven't heard about?
