Does anyone know where one can buy these expansion boards for the KN7000? New or Used.

The EW65 is not an expansion board for the KN7000 it was/is an upgrade for the KN6000.
The expansion boards for the KN7000 are
EW01/02/03/04 odd ones appear on Ebay from time to time but they are scarce
