according to google 1280 TWD is 21 or $40/30.

Wow, that is then an expensive gadget!! For less than half that price (only less than $20) I can purchase an Apacer 14 in 1 Card reader!!, Also pretty small and very lightweight.

More and more Desktop and Laptop PCs are now being fitted with multi card readers as well............Maybe external card readers will suffer the same fate as the floppy disc drive ??? Apart from the digital audio requirement - and who knows - maybe even that will be incorporated in future??

21 for a 256 MB SD card that does not need a card reader does not sound that expensive to me
