Thanks for your responses. Forgive me, however, I should have been clear that I am talking about Technics formated songs saved to the SD. Since I don't play the KN7 very well yet, I load midi songs, make changes such as tempo, then save the song to the SD in Technics fotmat. It is when I load the Technics song from the SD, that I still have to adjust the tempo. Isn't there a way to save tempo as well as everything else when saving to the SD?

Regards, Pynbaul

Try making changes AFTER saving as a Technics format.

the same answer as before, unless you delete the tempo in step record it will always take precedence over any change you wish to make to the Technics format sequencer file afterwards and over-ride it.
