One to look out for! What do you guys think about this step-sequencer?

It's probably not as good as a Home orgam or a PSR! (just kidding)
- Tell me a little about it. How do you like the frond end. Does it remind you of analog step sequencers? I'd love to have something like a step sequencer - that's the only thing missing in my studio.

I don't have much experience with analog step sequencers, my only experience is the step sequencer on the Machinedrum.

Maybe I'm going to buy the Zeit sequencer but it will be a choice the Zeit sequencer or the Monomachine (I'm a big fan of Elektron!).

The Monomachine wins hands down over this. An analog sequencer is only (barely) fun if you have something exciting to plug into it.

TEK,
I was simply wondering if nowadays step sequencers have a touch of RETRO to them You know, knobs, sliders, 4/8/16th switches - and all sorts of functions you find on old step sequencers (except CV gates of coarse). I suspect that they do. Can you confirm?

Many of them come with CV/Gate I/O too. Check out Doepfer, if you need a true analog sequencer. I think their flagship is called Schaltwerk. They make a very complete modular synth too.
