Just a guess until you get a real answer if you do. Has it been unplugged? Or do you have to save after loading it? I know im guessing. hehe

Strange one
I have a few SD cards of different manufacture and capacity and have swapped them many times without any problem. They are designed to be 'Hot Swapped' ie with the keyboard powered up.
Obviously, you should not remove the cards while writing operations are taking place - when the little LED is lit. Also, the USB lead should not be removed during a data transfer from PC. I'm sure you know this, but just in case ........
Might be worth checking that the gold edge connectors on the card are clean and maybe trying another card if you have one.
