It seems that since the passing of Peter Baartmans, there is no one that has received the torch to carry on.....

I used to look forward to the Yamaha Demo's

That shows you how difficult of a "shoe" that will be to fill or replace ... if at all. Martin Harris does an excellent job as well, just from a different perspective.

Thanks,

And after all it is strange that Yamaha never gives any notice about the passing of Peter , a big shame in my opinion

I absolutely adored what few Korg arranger videos Marco Parisi did. Far too few, and long since moved onto doing Roli Seabord stuff amongst others. But he was the first arranger demonstrator I heard that didn’t make me think he belonged in a holiday camp or senior center! https://youtu.be/Z5ijEPNJ1CE?si=K_fpl-wV8_rUKTOQ

This guy also did some great BK9 demos then seemingly stopped: https://youtu.be/p5egHiGEkgY?si=mf-64PywrZz76uUw

While I understand the home organ beginnings of the arranger, it’s been a good 30 years since that music appealed to anyone but senior citizens, and I always appreciated demos by younger players not trying to appeal to the older crowd..
