Has anybody else had a problem installing SD-Jukebox software? Mine just keeps telling me that the serial number (on the box) is Invalid.

Hi Bill, I had a similar problem (Must be getting too old for all this technical stuff) If I remember correctly I tried the number on the box, the number on the back of the CD case, then discovered the one it accepted was the serial number on the back of the actual USB Reader/Writer. Hope this solves your problem

I have recently bought a KN7000 and the only software that came with the keyboard is a CD containing Applications & Drivers for the KN7000 also the style convert & initial data discs. There is no mention of SD Jukebox anywhere so could someone explain if Iam missing out on something

Hi Tom, This package is only supplied with KN7000 in UK. Your dealer should be able to tell you how to obtain it although I believe there is a price tag attached outside UK.

John, Thanks - I'll try the other serial numbers but I would have thought that the one on the box was the correct one

Alec, which one did you use ?

OK ! Got it! In my case, it was the number on the rear of the CD Case, not the Box Serial number or the Card adapter serial number.
Thanks for your inputs

I had no problem installing the software just opening the program.
When I open the program I see the opening screen and then nothing..the program doesn't react any more.

I assume you've tried uninstalling from add/remove programs, reboot, then install again?

I've no idea what has happened at such long distance; you could try uninstalling in the normal way, then opening the registry editor (regedit) go to the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CNC and confirm that folder is deleted. If not, highlight the folder, delete it, reboot, and try installing again. Only edit the registry if sure what you are doing. You do seem to suffer a lot of problems, Alain
