Just finding my way around my new SD90. What adjustment can I make in Voice edit or elsewhere, to improve the disappointing SD90 steel guitar?

A quick solution to enhance not only the steel guitar but all Guitars, Brass, woodwind ... etc, would be to get the AjamSonic package (more info here) which can be mailed directly to you in Ireland and insalled by you (10mins):- http://www.ketronamerica.com/sd9.html

AJ Thanks for the reply. My partner ordered the Country Styles 4 package for me on 22/3/20 but I understand from your last email this still has not been dispatched. Once I receive it, I will consider further products from your company. However I must say I am disappointed by the poor service.

Your concerns are understood and feedback appriciated.
We did explain to your partner that due to the Corona Virus, here in the USA, many states (including ours in DE) are locked down.

On several occations, I or a member of our team have had to negotiate with police officers to get to the post office just to post goods to our customers, even looking for alternate roads to drive on.

Ireland may not be as impacted as we are over here, but again, your disappointment is understood and we appologies for that.

AJ, unfortunately neither my partner nor myself received any communication from your company indicating that you were in lock down, otherwise I would have been more understanding. Nevertheless, as you have received my payment 7 day ago I trust my order will be dispatched tomorrow Monday.

As agreed, package was shipped via USPS and the tracking number is:- LH094405639US. Transit time will depend on postal system between all transit countries during this Corona outbreak, but under normal circumstances, it should be there soon.
