I play on stage with my akai S2000, and I would like to know if I could change single preset with a midi footswitch and how could I plug it ?

Pedal jacks are usually on the rear panel. I don't know if the AKAI has footswitch inputs or not but in case it does its just a matter of plugging in the pedals and then assigning them to program up/down. Check the manual on how to do the last part since it can get tricky with all the menus and options.
