Can anyone help me out here? - I need to find these no's so protools can access the various banks on my synth. I've looked everywhere and can't find specific reference to these parameters.
Any advice would be appreciated.

what synth?

most likely just means controllers 0 and 32.

Controller 0 is value from 0 to 127
Contoller 32 is value from 0 to 127
Program change value from 0 to 127

Some synths use both 0 and 32, or one or the other or don't understand them at all, check your synths midi implementation chart.
