We lost another friend going back 35 years..
Brent Bailey, a friend of Uncle Dave and I passed away 2 days ago..

Brent was one of the best Jazz pianist in the Phila/New York area..

One interesting thing as we marvel about chord sequencers... Brent used a Casio 7000 in 1984.. He would play a verse with record feature, then play trombone with the recording... Way before it was popular..

I believe Brent had a PHD in music from Eastman.. He also worked for Apple.. But he was at his best at the piano..

Another big loss to the jazz community. Sorry to hear that Fran - Philadelphia will miss his talent.

Sorry about yet another loss of significant talent, Fran:

Thanks for letting us know. May he rest in peace... and his spirit live on through his music.

All the best, ----Dave
