The site said pack was not compatible with Genos. Called support and they walked me through the very strict process of when to log into my account. OK after that.
best, charles

Care to share the process?
Thanks

Yes, when Yamaha was promoting S950 as “a keyboard which will grow with you”, they didn’t specify that it would be “as long as we don’t produce the next one”. Well, Yamaha has to pay the bills as well…

Eric, you asked the wrong question. I'd like to share but memory is very poor at this stage of life. I was logged into my account and I think I had to log out, and then go through the selection process.
I do remember that everything was incompatible with Genos and Tyros.
Good luck.

Thanks for the reply.
I went to the Yamaha Genos site and under premium packs there is the free pack listed that is Genos compatible.
I tried everything but every time I want to check out I get an error message.
Tried different browsers too.
Same is happening to some folks over at the PSR Tutorial site.

The Fiesta Caliente Expansion Pack is compatible with the PSR S670/PSR S770/970, PSR S775/975 Tyros5 and Genos.

For those that own a PSR S770 o PSR S970 select the file that is PSR S775 for the PSR S770, and for the PSR S970, select the PSR S975, when you download the file, you will see the PPI file for each of the models 770/775, 970/975, so, you can transfer the PPI file of your model and install it.

If you have other expansion packs and wand to add this pack to the others, you have to use the Yamaha Expansion Manager, make sure you have the latest version and use the other expansion packs in PPF that you may want to add, besides the Fiesta Caliente PPF file too.
If not, just transfer the PPI File to a USB and load the Pack, press FUNCTION, with Tab, go to page two, then select Pack Install, agree couple times and let it load, it may take a few minutes, this is the ONLY time you need to do this unless you may want to add other packs at a later date.

The PSR S950 was the first model that feature the Flash memory, and was a very limited memory, only 64 Megas, since most expansion packs contain Voices (Sampled voices for that particular pack), you could only have one pack install....the Flash memory on the later models like the PSR S970 is 512 Megas and the PSR S975 is 768 Megas....
The PSR S650 had only 16 megas and the PSR S670 has 30 Megas. Also one pack capacity.

For the Tyros 5 and Genos owners, use the CPI file to install only the Fiesta Caliente, but, if you want to add it to other expansion packs you may already have, you must use also the Yamaha Expansion manager, (latest version), and use the PPFa, of CPF files to make an installation file (CPI).
