Hi guy's can anyone tell me how to do a factory reset on the SD9 keyboard?

Sadly no "Factory Reset" for the whole unit as you might expect although you can go into various sections and restore those one at a time... For example, if you go into one of the MIDI settings and hit the Save button, you have the option to save your current settings or "Restore."

Hmmmm thanks Curt, so if you want to resell a unit and remove user styles, sounds, e.t.c. you have to do it when it's connected to a PC and hope you don't delete something important that's needed for the keyboard to function correctly ?

I don't think so as long as you only delete sounds and styles in the /user folder(s) not the actual folders but everything underneath those folders. One quick way to verify - Connect to PC/Mac - Copy all of the folders, then delete the content in the user folders. Test the SD9. If something is amiss copy all the content back from the backup copy, you just made.

Thanks again Curt, I have quite a few Launchpads I've created and found I can delete those from the keyboard so I should be able to clean things up before reselling this.

One thing on your Launchpad deletes. Don't forget to go into the Resources folder and delete any content you may have created. Deleting just the *.lsx file doesn't delete the actual files used in your project.
