Novation did a huge update to their SL2 keyboards
Which where allready very popular for controlling Varranger
And even for the ketron sd40

It certainly is a huge update to my MKII, which, unfortunately, sits in my closet because of the learning curve involved. For the more technically gifted, they are quality controllers.

I had a SL MKII, and created a very good mapping for vArranger.

I did not keep this keyboard because; while the keybed was from Fatar, and has good quality, I did not like how they have implemented the velocity curve. I was not able to find a pleasant curve for me.

The pitch bend joystick was sometime not staying at the center position !

the pads had very bad touch response.

Hope this MKIII will correct all this.

I never used true anlog synth with CV inputs. It seems that today many musicians need this, because they release product to control analog synth more than VST

If thy send me one, I would create a template for vArranger
It they have a nice documentation... to take the control of the nice screens and leds... This should be very nice

Dan,
You helped me get the lights to respond with my copy of vArranger. Somehow it got out of sync and didn't bother you anymore with it.

This one looks even more advanced...
I don’t think many in this forum wol use it
Its so much much more directed at synth players..
And not at keyboardists in general.
Having only 8 sliders makes controlling organ vsts a lot harder..

But i can see what they are trying to archieve
Its more like a synthworkstation..that uses vst and modules as its soundsource.

Bachus, I don't remember what you may have said when it came out, but were you ever interested in Wersi Pegasus Wing v2?

I went to the product demo event yesterday. It's a very nice controller. 61 key is the biggest one they have.
