Got these speaker stands for my S1’s.

https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/...er-stand-single

Worst investment I’ve made so far. My S1’s wobble...at only 15 lbs each.

I need to replace these and don’t want to spend a lot as I only play a couple of times a month now.

Suggestions?

Is the speaker wobbling on the flange, or is the stand wobbling under the weight of the speaker? You can get sleeves that compensate for hole dimension differences. Is that stand even tall enough to make a difference? Seems a bit on the short side.

I agree with UD - those stands are only 4 feet tall, and while they state they can hold speakers to 60 pounds, I think that may be a stretch.

Stands fit the S1 well. Stands are so poorly built they wobble without any weight on them.

Tx for the replies.

Thanks for the advice - I had my eye on those stands also. Will pass them by based on your input ...

Sweetwaters a pretty good outfit. I would contact them and tell them the product just doesn't match the published specs and see what they say.
Its worth a call.
