For me ONE Registration/UPG/etc,.. per song always.. and for sounds I draw off my FAVORITES pages always all right there in front of me that's the beauty of Roland KBs using TWO Displays..no need for OTS although that feature is onboard also...

On my KORG Pa900 I have tweaked/edited styles and renamed them for specific songs ... each style has four STS settings each with three upper and one lower voice setting ... Plus there are 4 variations to each style, giving me a lot of options for each song ...

On my Korg I use Songbook but most of the time I replace the default factory voices with my preferred voices for each song. With the Genos and 10 registration buttons the options are unlimited but for the most part I use buttons 1, 2, 3 and 4 for different voices and/or variations. Buttons 8 to turn on vocal harmony 9 to turn it off button 10 for an ending. Buttons 5, 6 and 7 I sometimes use to change voices but not always.
As primarily a singer, I don't need loads of lead sounds. So I use the following for licks, etc., weaving around the vocals. Pianos, Electric pianos, organ, couple of guitars and some brass is all I need really.

Mostly I use one per song. However, in some instances I need more than one. For example:Suspicious minds needs 2 because of the Tempo change. Shine on your crazy diamond by Pink Floyd needs 3 Registrations .... Eric
