I'd love an Ensoniq ESQ1/M, or another Yamaha AN1x, a PPG Wave 2.3 or Oberheim OB8 and a laptop.

The hardware 2.3 is a bitch to maintain. That's why Depeche Mode never took them on tours and took DX7s to do fake PPG stuff.
OB8s are aren't bad. I personally like the OBXA more. Big $$$ though.

ESQ-M is a nice puppy though. I still use mine. You should be able to get one on E-bay for about $150.

AN1X - sweet thing! I wish I had one.
