Tx Eric,
Very, very valuable link, I'll download everything over there. Yes, not only are the solo voices great, but using those within styles (replacing style voices) makes for some major improvements.
I love modifying styles. The last demo used a style that I've purchased from Yamahasoft for the Genos, and then tweaked it to play on the S770.
With Yamaha' expansion manager, I can make the absolute best use of all of these. I combined "Celestial choirs", "Female solo" & "Church & Christmas". Apart from Mega guitars, those are the other type of voices I like best, but could never have them on the PSR series. I did not even know they could play on those.
I am happy again. Unlike Ketron, Yamaha caters to the full for their users who like to modify & optimize 3rd party styles. All my arrangers are always optimized to perfection, and my little baby arranger is slowly getting there.
At two thirds the price of a Yamaha PSR-S970 and a forth of the price of a Ketron SD9 and a seventh of the price of a Yamaha Genos, the S770 proves to be exceptional value for money indeed andy I am extremely happy with it.
Tx for answering Tony' question. I did not know of the link.
Henni
