That was an outstanding demo !! If I was in the market for a new keyboard and had £4000 spare cash ... nah I still wouldn’t buy the Genos but I would be tempted 😉.

Anyway I am living my Pa4X too much . But seriously that kind of demo will appeal to contemporary musicians who wrote compose and perform .

I want to see some great demos of NON contemporary music...lets here what the orchestral voices are like...are they BETTER than T-5 by a lot??

Yamaha are pushing this style of music hard with Genos, and I understand why they're doing so. The problem is, there is an absolute disconnect with the market they seem to be targeting and its (general) ability or inclination to spend over four thousand pounds on a keyboard. This is the generation that is used to their Macbook Pros, Ableton Live and cheap, 'fairy light' controllers with lots of knobs and sliders.

You could probably get a T5 at a amazing price right now...

That's the group I think Yamaha try to reach with Genos, and the young ones in particular.

wow
amazing . Sadi is very talented who knows how to use the genos, and the genos sounds like the best professional keyboard and not like an arranger.
very impresive keys , to my taste the best I 've ever heared.
