Does anyone have experience with the latest batch of logitech high end 2.1 speakers?

Are they still as good as the Z2300?

From what i found so far the Z2300 got replaced by the Z623 in 2011 and only recently by the Z625...

According to all reviews it seems these speakers are close to the Z2300, except for listening music.. thats where the Z2300 still rules..

So it seems i am in the market for a used set of Z2300 speakers.. (since i am using the HS8s for the pa4x/kronos) .. i am in need for some speakers for the PC3x/mainstage setup..

I still use my Z2300 for my desktop PC. However, I am looking into getting the iLoud Micro for travel. It is kind of pricey but I can't "afford" to carry bigger speakers for air travel. Besides, the Micro does sound very good and loud. I heard a guy playing big sounds of Sampletank through them at NAMM. It was quite amazing especially for the bottom with no subwoofer. I don't know what other choices are out there in terms of sonic capabilities and size/weight.

Logitech Z2300 --- Replaced satellite speakers with Bose. The stand had wheels in the rear. Not to brag but this might have been where the Bose Compact first got their idea. aaaaaaah

I am now using the Logitech Z2300 with my Pa4x.

It has always been a joy to rebuild and change things.

PA system --- Two Eon 10” speakers and Logitech Z2300 – used as a woofer.

Great sound; too much stuff.

Scott I feel that the Eon G2 were the best sounding I have ever used. If it were not for the three pieces that were needed I would not have gone to Bose.
