I want one!

First time I saw it in action was in "LaLaLand" - Great music - Great Acting - TERRIBLE SINGING - but sooooooo ready to translate to Broadway. I'm sure that was the plan all along. It's Russell Crowe all over again! Grrrrr (Emma was marginal, but Ryan was horrible)

So who likes this new keyboard surface?

They have been pushing this keyboard for years, and while it is certainly unique, (As far as I am aware) it doesn’t seem to have caught on, (Probably because of the price) also you need to be a really skilled player to get it to sound great. (Easy play it is not)

To get an opinion on this, you need to play with it for an extended time, i had a hands on experience of about an hour, but that was to short to get a real opinion on it

When you touch it, it feels strange and organic, almost like putting your hands on your wifes most precious parts...

Definately worth a trie for everyone..

Nice if you want to use for an adventure. I love tearing apart and learning. If I remember correctly it was in the $2,000 range??????

Well, i hope that despite the cryptic syntax, people understand what it feels like touching this instrument..

I tried one out a couple of days ago at the Kraft music show room which is in my neck of the woods. I didn't like it much at all thinking it would take a long time to get used to it .
The keys or what takes the place of keys are very narrow. I did kind of like the feel other than them being so narrow and also the color differences between black-and-white is very subtle. I figured Stevie Wonder would love this keyboard but me not so much.

This is not a new concept.

John Eaton and Robert Moog developed the Multi touch Sensistive keyboard. Here is a demo of the prototype.

The touchkeys are allready for sale as a kit

This definately would work much much better for a keyboardist..

Seen it before, but lost track of it
