First of all: I feel that Nigel is doing one great job. My questions are for a need to understand, no more.

1- Why do I lose my password?

2-Why is there no method of communication between Nigel and myself when this problem occurs. If it were not for a few good friends who posted for me I would still be trying to log on.

Usually it is SPAM settings that filter out emails you actually want.

I get John's emails. He just isn't getting my responses.
