Its definately not a toy, its king when it comes to functionallity.....
but sound and style quallity out of the box are below the current top brands...
However, for people creating their own content, the mzx500 is a very nice tool...

I wish Yamaha would take a lesson from Casio in how they have designed their onboard speakers. Notice the wraparound effect, with speakers firing out toward the front, as well as upward. And, the power increase, too. Would be nice for any PSR upgrades.
