My simple mind is forgetting again. I've done this before but it's gone. How do I post a picture?

click reply>file manager>choose file>find your pic on your pc photos etc,>add file>
done adding files>submit.........thats it.

Once you click on Add File it will take a minute or so to upload. When it has uploaded the filename will appear at the top of the box.
