I have set up a user pad bank (bank A) which I want to use immediately after playing a sequnenced song. The 7000 always seems to revert to the default bank when seq play is pressed, meaning there is a long pause whilst I set up the user bank again (bank, down arrow A). Does anyone know if it possible to set bank A User as default?

it depends on the song; load the song, select the pad bank, go the the sequencer menu page and press panel write, save the song and pads together. Now a sequencer reset OR the end of the song will bring up your required pad. If the song uses other pad banks via panel memory during it's run you may need to insert another command to bring up the correct pads at the correct point.
