On a gig the other day one of my main Monster Mic cables went bad..I bought it in 2012 of course they have a LIFETIME warranty....... I found the receipt,...called them up today,......and since they discontinued that line of mic cables they bumped me up to the next quality level of cables and are sending me a new one ASAP!!

That's great Customer Service ... my problem would have been finding the receipt, but guys like you and Gary are far more organized than I am ...
