Monster Cables Great company service... - 08/10/15 09:43 AM

On a gig the other day one of my main Monster Mic cables went bad..I bought it in 2012 of course they have a LIFETIME warranty.......
I found the receipt,...called them up today,......and since they discontinued that line of mic cables they bumped me up to the next quality level of cables and are sending me a new one ASAP!! clap

Lifetime warranty on cables? They would go broke, its allways the cables that break.

That's great Customer Service ... my problem would have been finding the receipt, but guys like you and Gary are far more organized than I am ... wink

Tony I use a Neat scanning program I scan all receipts and they retain on my computer.... a great investment.

there is a reason I make my own cables - haven't had a cable that I made fail - EVER!
