Yes, they are quite fun to toy around with for home musicians.... However, i dont see much huge for them on stage... But my tyros has some lovely scat sounds that work a little like an ensemble set of voices...

I use them quite often in recording, but less often "live". They are useful in multi-tracking.

I like using them as a basis for Vocoding as well....the Tyros4's Vocal Harmonizer (VH2) is pretty trick at vocoding.

That patch has become kind of corny sounding to me at this point. But I did have fun with it several years ago.

It is a good sound; I used it with my Kn7000. It’s a nice addition when used sparingly.

There were times when I detuned instruments to give the sound of a very old corny band.
