I've added a GuestMap to the Technics Players Listing. Next time you visit, please post your location and any comments. It will be interesting to see the location of everyone throughout the world.

Just click on "Players List" at the top of the page and it will take you to the map.

Finally got it right. The web is super slow tonight. Great idea, Dave. Thought I'd have to move Bud's pin to get mine in but it fit on the second try.

I'm posted, too! Great idea and it's fun to see how many of us are scattered all over the world. If we could just always be in perfect harmony, not just on our keyboards, but in ALL things! Music, at least, is the universal truth and hope for us all! I look forward to many more additions to the map and the list!

Brian,

I corrected your address with the address shown in your profile. If this is not correct please let me know. I imagine the map is going to get a lot more crowded and can imagine what the USA will look like when all have pinned. Although it looks a little less crowded with a double zoom. Thanks for posting.

I love it! Have put in my pin and had a wonderful time moving my mouse around and watching peoples names and messages pop up! Took me about half an hour before I realised that my pop up stopper was stopping the map from loading ... so if any of you use a pop up stopper be sure to turn it off before going to the map.
Gunnar....as the crow flies I live only a few 'mouse moves' away fom you

Hello Jupitar

I am afraid the similarity must surely end with the name. My IQ has always been well below my waist size which has sadly never been above 30 Trim of mind and girth

Indeed when I first read your post I did a google search to see if the 187 IQ was a new expansion board I had missed

I am so pleased they invented the internet because previously they only let me write with crayons

Yip I am one of those tiresome people who eat what they like and NEVER put on an inch. My waist size has been the same since I was seventeen. Mind you so has my playing ability! Maybe the two are linked in some way?? Your extra couple of inches are what give you the edge obviously

Hi Tony (W), I can tell you that it give some
extra "punch" when strike the keys....
Hmmm, yes I've told you that I sing like a
crow (it's a bird, is'nt it?), but never that
I'm flying like one.
It's more like a fish on the sore
But yes, it's not far using the mouse.

Yeah, I also noticed that Bill. I'm trying to contact the postee to correct it. Maybe he lives in NC and works in Africa?

BTW, the free version of Guestmap allows only 100 pins and we have about 28 posted now. The commercial version would allow for over 500 pins and has many more features, higher resolution with 8 zoom levels, etc). It cost 4$ per month. I will consider this later if need be.

Were are all the European players? Only one posted so far.

Yep, your are correct Gunnar. Sorry about that.

Just thought someone from the beautiful country of Germany would have pinned by now. I spent 7 years there while in the Army.

Alain, I originally had a bit of trouble as well - I didn't put anything in the comments box the first time I tried. I then put a short comment in the box and it worked OK
Give it another try..
