Love love love it... used to be a ballroom dancer myself in my younger years... But this is just so much more fun, allways tought so, and allways will..

Makes you wonder why dancing took the wrong turn in the 70s

No, i think the dancers do recognise these dances... Its the people organising events that dont want this modern stuff in their events

I like to dance and used to jitterbug, but those people are trained professional dancers. Too much work to memorize all those moves and choreography. Just get out there and boogie! smile
Most applause I got last night was from an instrumental Jive song I improvised at 180 BPM. (Jive 2 on PA900).
Had a house full of Rodeo stars (PBR Association). I did nearly every rodeo and cowboy song ever written (including Whatcha Gonna Do With A Cowboy, Too Young To Feel This Damn Old, Cheyenne, Ghost Riders, Streets of Laredo, El Paso, Cowboy Loving Night, They Call The Thing Rodeo, The Cowboy Rides Away, Long Tall Texan, You Get The Horse and I'll Get the Saddle, Whiskey For My Men Beer For My Horses, etc.) They weren't that enthusiastic. Must have all gotten thrown off yesterday. Maybe the winners will be there tonight! The regulars (normal) crowd seemed to enjoy it though.
